We came here for the first time, September 23rd and we visited the kids area. The book selection was a lot more than we expected. From older classic books to newer ones and everything in between. There were computers set up for kids to play video games, drawing/coloring tables and a small play area for toddlers. We will definitely come back.
Visited this library after a very long time. I loved how quiet it was and could accomplish a lot of work. I am only giving 4 stars because I wished they had more tables and seating area near plug points. Otherwise I loved it. They had a decent collection of books and really cute kid friendly area. They also have adult friendly craft sessions that I was very interested in. Will definitely be attending and come back to the library.
This is a great city library with meeting rooms, an event calendar with a lot of family-oriented events, and a great selection of items to check out (books, board games, craft and cooking items, etc). We mainly use the Digital Content to read books, but when we've gone into the library the staff has always been super friendly and helpful.
Great public library and amazingly wonderful and helpful staff. I'm very impressed and glad I came to check it out.
In addition ti books, they have many events and activities for all ages. Their computers are responsive and their search tools very helpful. They even have printers for you to use and a wealth of periodicals in print and online. They have a very large collection of books on CD as well as DVDs and other audio/visual material. They have a conference room and many study rooms. Perfect place for everyone in the family
This is far and away my favorite public library I've ever had a membership with. The "Lucky Day" shelves offering 14-day loans for new releases always has something awesome to offer - and the relatively quick due date ensures I get those books read! I also love the other curated displays throughout the library each month, and the nonfiction and fiction selections are both excellent. I always end up coming away with a bunch of great reads. Eventually, I'll get around to checking out some of the events that the library offers, as I'm sure they'll be great, too!
Public libraries are the best!
And this one stands out in the number of services it offers. From wifi, to places to sit and work, and they had several child activities going on both times I was there.
OH yes and they have books! Many books, and they let you read them, FOR FREE! Don't see this on the internet anymore.
It is one of the best library in the neighborhood and they host different events and have a book sale section by the copier machine.
I primarily take my child there to do crafts and their staff is always there to answer questions and they have monthly workshops for different age groups.
Great library for my book and media needs. Huge selection of manga and anime, and graphic novels because I'm too old to read regular books. They also have regular meetings for clubs like anime and chess. The online media access is great as well. They also have a water filter system just like you see in the airports and the water always tastes great, if you go down the street to Costco, they have the same system but the water tastes sweet and gross for some reason. Also, there are plenty of free parking spaces and places to study inside.
